Frankenstein in Baghdad shortlisted for the Gold Tentacle at the Kitschies

Frankenstein in Baghdad by Ahmed Saadawi has been shortlisted for the Best Debut (Gold Tentacle) award at the Kitschies. 

The Kitschies reward the year’s most progressive, intelligent and entertaining fiction that contain elements of the speculative or fantastic.
