Jenni Murray – Rye Arts Festival

A journalist and broadcaster who has presented BBC Radio 4’sWoman’s Hour since 1987, Dame Jenni Murray is the author of several books, including A History of Britain in 21 Women and Memoirs of a Not So Dutiful Daughter.

In her latest book, A History of the World in 21 Women, she looks at the great women of the world, rescuing some from obscurity and shining a new light on familiar names.
